Once they arrive, our cupcake jars last from 7-10 days. They don’t require refrigeration; however, placing jars inside the refrigerator could extend the shelf life. All jars can be frozen for up to 6 months. Just be sure to thaw them prior to serving, approximately 2-3 hours.

They do not need to be refrigerated; however, please keep them in a cool, dry place.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to make corrections and cannot issue any refunds.

Please allow 1-3 days of baking and packaging time for your order.

Once a package leaves our facility, please allow 1-3 business days for shipping. We utilize FedEx Express services to get our sweet little packages to you.

Returns and/or refunds are not permitted. We want you to be pleased with your experience at Paisley & Dash; please contact us immediately if something doesn’t meet your expectations.

In an effort to satisfy your sweet tooth, we are excitedly working to add additional flavors. While working on those additional flavors, we follow a recipe for everything we make and are unable to work outside of that. If you don’t see a flavor you’d like, please be sure to check back frequently…as we expand our selections.

Our wedding and event calendar fills up fast! The sooner you can let us know, the better! At a minimum, we would require 6 weeks. For larger events, we require a 50% down payment as a commitment to secure your date on our calendar.

For orders exceeding 4 dozen, please contact us to discuss in detail so we can adequately meet your needs.

Yes! Our gift boxes include a custom note. Please write your message in the notes section of the order.

Our signature black spoons are included in our gift boxes only: Gift of One, Gift of Two, and Gift of Four.

Our products are baked within a facility that contains peanuts, tree nuts, wheat flour, dairy, eggs, and soy. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
